Medical Management has been at the forefront of Patient Billing and Insurance Claims Processing since 1994. I started my company in Southern California and quickly developed a large clientele. After moving to Albuquerque, NM in 1999, I found that I could easily continue to serve my existing clients, and build local ones as well. National location was not an issue then, and is even easier now!
When we started Medical Management 20 years ago, electronic claims processing was in its infancy. There have been so many changes over the years that what we did then is not even recognizable today. To stay on top of all the changes in rules and regulations, insurance company codes and requirements, HIPPA compliance, software and hardware advances, not to mention the evolution of individual medical practices is an enormous task. Most, if not all of these I am sure your practice is dealing with today.
This is where I feel Medical Management separates itself from other billing companies. We have developed a business model that is customizable for each individual medical practice. The software we use in house is not an "off-the -shelf" program, but one that I am personally involved in and can be modified to your specific needs. We also use web-based software that you may already own, reducing the need for an expensive change over. We do whatever it takes to make your billing and receivables as efficient as possible.
Our philosophy is that doctors should not have to spend vast amounts of time and money trying to collect from insurance companies and patients. Trying to keep up with the constantly changing rules and regulations, and training and re-training staff members is not cost efficient. We work with your current staff, and train them as needed to receive and process information so that getting claims paid quickly is routine. We have successfully developed a system that streamlines this process and changes as needed to suit the needs of the physician.
